We’re raising money for mental health with a one-off Tabata Pilates class to support the Push-Up Challenge!

​

This is a fun and fiery Tabata-style Pilates class, designed for all fitness levels. Expect short bursts of work, core control, and plenty of good vibes no need to be a Pilates pro!

$20 per person (all proceeds go directly to our fundraising team organised by Sheryl and Sharon)
