Treadmills, carios, recumbent bike, bike, stair machines, echo bike, rowers, pilates reformer, stretching area.
Functional Training Area.
Sled, medicine balls, skipping ropes, kettle bells, battle ropes, resistance bands, monkey bars, slam balls and more.


Group Fitness.
We have a class to suit everyone. Whether you're wanting to work up a sweat with a high intensity circuit class, build strength in a weights class or wind down with a stretching classes. We have Les Mills classes on offer as well as some of our own programs for more of a 'small group training' vibe.
Cycle Cube.
Jump on a bike and sweat it out!
We have Les Mills RPM & SPRINT classes along with our own sessions designed by us, for you. Also introduction classes available, to ease you in to your Cycle Cube journey.
