Functional Training Area.

Sled, medicine balls, skipping ropes, kettle bells, battle ropes, resistance bands, monkey bars, slam balls and more.

Group Fitness.

We have a class to suit everyone. Whether you're wanting to work up a sweat in a high intensity cardio class or wanting to wind down with some Yoga. We have Les Mills classes on offer as well as some of our own programs for more of a 'small group training' vibe. 

Cycle Cube.

Jump on a bike and sweat it out! 

We have RPM, SPRINT and Ride Revolution classes on our Group Fitness timetable with amazing instructors to fuel your motivation! 

In between classes, put on a virtual Spivi class and go at your own pace.
