Group Fitness.

We have so many classes to pick from! We offer Les Mills programs which follow the same format making the classes easy to follow. These programs are updated every 3 months, where new music and moves are released. We also offer a range of our own classes which are purposely choreographed for our members. These classes are more flexible and change slightly each week. During these classes you can chat to the coach and ask for specific training options.

While all our group fitness classes can be modified for all levels of fitness, we have some classes that are a bit easier to start with. If you’d like to talk to us about which classes will best suit you, give us a call on 33006668.

See below a description of each class.
